Karan Capillaries Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and exporter of Copper
Tubes, Capillaries Tubes, Lugs Terminals, Copper Pipe Fittings,
Phosphorous Bronze Tubes, Refrigeration Parts, Auto Parts for Tractors, Cars and Motorcycles. The policy of
qualitative output and fair dealings established in the year 1991 is
followed till date. It is our transparent transactions and superior
products which have earned us the present name and trust. We strive
to maintain this by our perennial deliveries of superior products.
Our
sister concern, International Automotive Components
is an established
enterprise as well. Back in the year 1970, we started as Engg.
Components Manufacturing Co. at Faridabad, with manufacturing small
engg. components for Tractor Parts, Motorcycle parts & Cars Parts
for the OEM's such as Escorts Ltd., Rajdoot Motorcycles and Fiat Car
Components but in 1980, we started manufacturing LPG Gas Stove and
their Products
along with the refrigeration parts for the market as well as for OEM'S.
Today, an ISO 9001-2000 certified company, we are exporting to
Indonesia, Thailand and Middle East. Now, we are also manufacturing
engineering components for Honda, Kawasaki, Maruti and Ford.

- High Pressure Burners
- High Efficiency Burners more than 65%.
Our
Infrastructure
Karan Capillaries Pvt. Ltd. started as a copper tubes and capillaries
tubes unit in Faridabad, the industrial hub of India. Now, we have become
one of the leading manufacturers of capillaries tubes & copper
tubes and export mainly to countries like Egypt, Middle East and
South Africa and supplying these products to all OEM's
such as Whirlpool of India, Electrolux, Tecumseh, Indfos, Ranutrol,
Daikin, Shriram Refrigeration Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Siel Aircon), Sidwal
Refrigeration, etc. and also to the open market. We are further trying
to capture more market share and have been certified by ISO
9001:2000 certificate. We have nearly 10000 sq. ft
covered area with good office and other infrastructural facilities such as
Internet, Fax, Telephone and Delivery Van.
Our Growth
Although our core
competency lies in producing Copper Tubes and Capillary Tubes but we
are also producing tube components used in various Auto Industries
and Air Conditioning Industries, which are as per customer's design
and specifications. To maintain our customer's consistent growth, we
have initiated setting up of full fledged laboratory to check the
specifications of the material as per customers demand. For our
existing customers, the objective is to help them in all respects and
for the new customers to ensure full satisfaction at all fronts.
We have the fastest
response time in samples and prototypes development thereby reducing
lead time in new sources. With the changing scenario where 30% of
our products are currently exported. We have future plans to export 80%
of the production which includes further penetration into new
markets; targeting potential European and USA markets.
